If you apply to a job opportunity, you will be required to create an account on a third-party ATS”. During the recruitment process, we may use this ATS to compare and rank candidates, set up screening questions, create interview notes, send you meeting requests and messages, and if you are successful, send you an offer letter. Once you accept this letter, your applicant profile will be transformed into an employee profile, and you will be subject to our Employee Privacy Policy.

We may share your personal information within the SEHI family of companies for all purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This includes our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and business units. We may also share personal information with subsidiaries, affiliates, and business units of our parent company.

California Shine the Light Law
